Valencian style paella

  • 1 Cup rice.
  • 1 Sweet red pepper, cut into julienne strips.
  • 4 Oz. Green beans, chopped.
  • 1 Dash saffron.
  • 1/4 Cup melted butter.
  • 3 Cups water.
  • 1 Cube shrimp broth.
  • 1 Tablespoon salt.

Rinse the rice using a colander. Then heat the butter in your Magefesa pressure cooker and sauté the pepper and green beans over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they have softened. Stir in the rice and then pour the water along with the shrimp broth and saffron. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve as a side dish with any meal.
