Assembly Bill No. 1200 (AB 1200 California) requires manufactures of cookware to disclose on their website any intentionally added chemicals listed on the Designated List (CA DTSC Candidate Chemical List), which may be present on any product surface that comes into contact with food. The presence of these chemicals does not mean that the cookware or appliances will pose a health risk with normal use.

Stainless steel kitchen tools	They contain Stainless Steel (Chromium Total, Chromium Compounds, Nickel & Nickel Compounds, Iron, Manganese and manganese compounds, Phosphorus, and Copper).
Stainless steel pressure cookers	They contain Stainless Steel (Chromium Total, Chromium Compounds, Nickel & Nickel Compounds, Iron, Manganese and manganese compounds, Phosphorus, and Copper).
Aluminum pressure cookers	They contain Aluminum.
Non coated Aluminum products	They contain Aluminum.
Enameled cast iron	They contain Chromium Total, Chromium Compounds, Nickel & Nickel Compounds, Iron, Manganese and manganese compounds, Phosphorus, Copper, and Diboron trioxide.
Kitchen knives	They contain Stainless Steel (Chromium (Total), Chromium Compounds, Iron, Manganese and manganese compounds, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Vanadium and compounds.
