Bratwurst sausages with Tex-Mex barbecue sauce

  • 8 Veal and pork bratwurst sausages
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Cup sweet corn
  • 1 Small avocado
  • 2 Jalapeno chili peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup barbecue sauce
  • Mild olive oil, 0.4°
  • Salt

Chop onion and peppers into thin julienne strips. Cut the avocado in half, removed pit and peel. Cut into thin slices, season and set aside. Heat a dash of olive oil in a Delicia Magefesa frypan. Add onion and peppers and sauté until soft and lightly browned. Incorporate corn, jalapeno pepper slices, and the barbecue sauce. Reduce heat and let cook for a couple of minutes. Lighten the barbecue sauce with a bit of beef or poultry broth if necessary. Cook bratwurts sausages on the grill. Serve with the barbecue sauce and the sliced avocado.
