Rinse the rice using a colander. Then heat the butter in your Magefesa Paella pan and sauté the pepper and green beans over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they have softened. Stir in the rice and then pour the water along with the shrimp broth and saffron. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve as a side dish with any meal.
