Homemade Hamburgers with a Spicy Touch

  • 600 gr. Minced lean veal meat
  • 200 gr. Minced pork meat
  • 1 Small onion
  • 2 Green bell peppers
  • 2 Bread slices (sliced bread)
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Tbs. dry thyme
  • 1/2 Tbs. dry oregano
  • 1/4 Tbs. Paprika
  • 1 Tbs. Powdered garlic
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Mild olive oil

Chop the onion and the green bell peppers with the help of a Magefesa Mincer. Set a couple of olive oil tablespoons in a Magefesa Delicia Skillet and poach the onion, green bell peppers, drain a keep. Leave the bread slices to soak into milk for some minutes.
Mix the seasoned meat with the aromatic herbs, the spices, the poached vegetables and the moist sliced bread. Make hamburgers the size you like and cook them on a Magefesa Griddle.  Serve to taste accompanied by sauces, salads, French fries, cheese, etc.
