Cava sangria

  • 750 ml. Brut nature cava.
  • 200 ml. Orange soda.
  • 30 ml. Triple dry liqueur.
  • 2 Oranges.
  • 8 Strawberries.
  • 2 tbs. Dark sugar.
  • Ice.

Wash and slice the oranges. Chop each slice into eight triangles. Chop the strawberries into quarters. Top sugar on the fruits, add liqueur and let it macerate for about 10 minutes. Add the fruits and soda to a big glass jar and stir slowly. Add the cava bending the jar to avoid losing the strength of cava and complete the jar with ice.
If we want to avoid watery sangria, put the cava and soda in the fridge.
