Made of 18/10 stainless steel: This wok is made entirely of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, body and handles. On the outside it has a high temperature coating with a matte black finish. Thanks to these materials and finish, the piece is very resistant to oxidation.
Titanium 3 layer non-stick by Whitford: The coatings use a unique blend of titanium particles. The QuanTanium manufacturing system has been designed to obtain maximum synergy with titanium, obtaining maximum resistance, since titanium is a much harder metal than chrome or steel.
