To maintain the performance and appearance of your 28 cm stainless steel wok, proper cleaning and care are essential. Always allow the wok to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock and preserve the integrity of the materials.
Thanks to the double-layer Xylan Plus non-stick coating, food releases easily, making daily cleaning quick and effortless. Wash the wok using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh detergents, as they may damage the non-stick surface and reduce its lifespan.
