To ensure optimal performance and longevity, proper care of your stainless steel frying pan is essential. Before first use, it is recommended to season the pan. Add a small amount of vegetable oil and heat it over medium-high heat until it begins to smoke slightly. Then allow the pan to cool naturally and wipe off any excess oil. This process helps improve cooking performance and reduces sticking.
After each use, allow the pan to cool before washing. Clean with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners that may scratch the surface. For stubborn residues, soak the pan in warm soapy water for a few minutes before cleaning.
