Tomato juice and basil


  • 4 Ripe tomatoes.
  • ½ Medium onion.
  • 4 Leaves fresh basil.
  • Extra olive virgin oil.
  • Salt.
  • White pepper.
  • Chive.

Chop the tomatoes and peeled onion into quarters. Julienne the basil and mix it up with the tomato and onion. Introduce the ingredients in a  Magefesa Juice Extractor using low speed. Serve it cold in a crystal glass decorated with sprinkle chopped chive on top.
To easy the onion juice extraction, it is convenient to put it into the Extractor mixed with the tomato which has more juices.  Some variants of  this tomato juice would be adding some other vegetables such as celery, garlic, cucumber, red or green peppers or some liqueur as vodka or even red fruits such as strawberries, watermelon, orange, etc.
