Pressure cooker salmon steaks in white wine

Ingredients

  • 4 Small salmon steaks, 1” thick
  • 1 Onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 Cup Dry white wine
  • Salt and white pepper to the taste
  • 1 Lemon, sliced

Instructions

Place basket on the trivet inside the pressure cooker. Arrange onion slices in the basket and the fish steaks on top of the onions. Pour wine over fish and season with salt and pepper to taste. If you have a favorite fish seasoning, use it instead. Place lemon slices over the fish and bring to a boil.
Close lid and bring to high pressure. Reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. Remove the cooker from the heat and allow pressure to reduce using the Fast Pressure Release method. Uncover the pot. Discard lemon slices and onions, and serve.
