Vegan Smoothie

  • 2 Avocados.
  • 100 gr. Frozen spinach.
  • 100 gr. Tofu. (soybean curd).
  • 2 Limes juice.
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper.
  • Vegetable broth.
  • Salt and black pepper.

Peel and remove the avocado pits. Place all the ingredients, except the vegetable broth, in a glass of a Magefesa Protech Blender, grind until you get a fine and homogeneous cream. Adjust thickness with vegetable broth to taste.
