Heat the olive oil in your Magefesa pressure cooker and sauté the onion and garlic over medium low heat for ten minutes until they turn soft and slightly brown. Stir in the diced potatoes and pepper and pour in the red wine. Season with sea salt and pepper and cover with lid. Place the pressure cooker over high heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 8 minutes. Rectify seasoning and serve. This makes an excellent side dish to pair up with a prime cut of meat.
