Pork loin sandwiches with bacon and bell peppers

  • 8 sliced bread
  • 600 gr. Beef or pork loin (fine fillets)
  • 80 gr. bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • Green bell pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Chop the bell peppers and tomato into fine slices. Season the pork fillets and brown them in Magefesa skillet where olive oil has been previously warmed up. Brown the bacon in the same skillet lightly. To set the sandwiches, start by setting the meat on a slice and continue setting tomato slices, a bit mayonnaise, green bell peppers and fish by adding bacon slices and slice of bread. Select medium-high power on the pressure regulator of our Magefesa Presto Panini grill and keep it closed. When the working temperature has been selected and the green light has switched on, introduce the sandwiches and close the unit. Let it work for about 4 or 5 minutes or until bread is crispy and browned to taste.
