  • 150 gr. Egg yolks
  • 60 gr. Sugar
  • 135 gr. Egg whites
  • 145 gr. Powdered sugar
  • 100 gr. Flour
  • 95 gr. Corn flour

Preheat the oven to a 392ºF. With the help of a Magefesa Bowl Mixer, beat the eggs, keep them away and save in the fridge. Clean the bowl and white egg yolks together with the sugar. Add the flour and corn flour previously sifted. Add the beaten eggs with soft movements to prevent collapsing. Insert the dough in a pastry bag and share it out into small portions on an oven’s plate covered by nonstick paper.  Bake it for 8 or 10 min.
Ladyfingers can be taken as an afternoon snack, accompanied by hot chocolate, but they are also usually used for the preparation of cakes, charlottes, tiramisu, etc.
