Herbed Garlic Bread

  • 1 Loaf crusty baguette
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves75 ml mild olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons oregano
  • Parmesan cheese powder
  • Salt flakes

Brown garlic over medium-low heat in a MGF Ideal pot. When browned, remove the pot from the heat source and add the aromatic herbs. Allow it to rest for some minutes. Meanwhile, cut the bread loaf into 1.5 cm thick slices approximately.
Once the infusion period is over, pour the oil, garlic and aromatic herbs into the mixing container of a MGF Mescolare hand mixer and mix lightly. Spread the garlic oil and herbs over the bread slices, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on and place it into the Panini maker (MGF Presto model), close it and let it toast until the bread is to your desired level of crispness. Season with salt flakes.
