Halloween recipes – Vampire wings

  • 16 Chicken wings.
  • 1 Black beer.
  • Soya sauce.
  • 1 tbs. Mustard.
  • Worcestershire sauce.
  • Black sesame seeds.
  • Rye flour.
  • Mild olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.

Wash the wings well, pluck feathers and set them in a hermetic bowl. Prepare the mix to marinade the wings, mix the black beer with soya sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Coat wings with the sauce and let them marinade into the fridge for 12 minutes. Turn the bowl over so that the marinade is uniform. Once time has elapsed, drain the wings and season lightly to taste; take into account that soya is already salty.
Mix some rye flour with sesame seeds and coat the wings with flour. Heat some olive oil between 347º – 356ºF in a Magefesa Milos deep-fryer. Fry the wings for 6 or 7 min. and serve accompanied by barbecue sauce.
