Grilled squid with yellow pepper vinaigrette

  • 8 medium cuttlefish
  • Mild olive oil
  • 1/2 Small yellow tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 Ripe tomato without skin or seeds
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 6 Chili peppers
  • 8 Black olives
  • 4 Candied cherries
  • 50 gr. fried corn
  • Lime juice (2 limes)
  • Salt

Dice all vinaigrette ingredients finely. Add the olive oil and lime juice, stir well and set aside. Select 5 power level of a Magefesa Grand Natura grill and let the temperature get hot. Season the squids lightly. When the thermostat light turns off, add a dash of olive oil and set the squids on it. Grill between 3 and 5 minutes, depending on the size of the squid. Turn the pieces over and let them cook for 3 to 5 more minutes. Turn off the grill; set the squid on a plate or serving dish and add the yellow pepper vinaigrette dressing. Serve immediately after.
