Green Tomatillo Sauce


  • 8 Tomatillos, (can be substituted by green tomatoes).
  • 1 Onion.
  • 2 Cloves of garlic.
  • Thyme.
  • Rosemary.
  • Basil.
  • 2 Green chillies.
  • Salt.

Wash and peel tomatoes, onion and cloves of garlic. Chop them irregularly without worrying about too much since they are going to be grinded later on. Place all the ingredients in a Magefesa Stainless Steel Cooker and cover it up with vegetable broth or water. Leave it to cook half-heat until tomatoes soften. Grind the whole with the help of a Magefesa blender, adjust salt and leave it to cool down.  It is advisable to use fresh aromatic herbs.
