Chicken Nuggets

  • 4 Chicken breasts.
  • 1 Onion.
  • Salt.
  • White pepper.
  • Powdered garlic.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Sugar-free corn flakes.
  • Breadcrumbs.

Remove skin and fat tissue from chicken breasts. Cut into cubes, place them in a Chip Chop Magefesa food processor and grind along the onion, salt, pepper and powdered garlic.
Once ingredients are chopped, shape mixture into balls as if they were meatballs. Flatten lightly and keep on nonstick paper in the fridge for 20 min. Process cereals with the breadcrumbs in the Chip Chop Magefesa food processor, grinding coarsely. Coat nuggets in the cereals and bread mixture, pass them through beaten egg and then roll again in the bread and cereal mixture. Fry in abundant hot olive oil and place on paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve accompanied by your favorite sauces and French fries.
Once we have chicken breasts chopped, season with the spices of your liking. Cheese or vegetables can also be added to the seasoning.
