Cheese cream with avocado and salmon

  • 250 gr. Cheese cream.
  • 1 Avocado.
  • 100 gr. Smoked salmon.
  • 30 gr. Black olives.
  • ½ Lemon juice.
  • Salt.
  • Pink pepper.
  • Chive.

Skin and chop the avocado. Set all the ingredients, but chive, in a Magefesa Unire Supra mincer. Grind the whole until we get homogeneous cream. Set the cream in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 min. Serve it with chopped chive over it and accompanied by some bread slices.
