Carrot, orange and honey juice


  • 6 Medium carrots
  • 4 Oranges
  • 2 Tablespoon honey
  • 4 Tablespoon inflated rice

Peel the orange and take the pith off so that it does not make the juice bitter. Segment. Chop the carrots in halves longitudinally. Put the carrots and oranges in a Juice Extractor. Dilute the honey in the juice. Serve it cold in crystal glasses with a tablespoon of inflated rice.
Variations with other ingredients that combine with the carrot such as apple, ginger, dill, beetroot, celery, etc. can be made.
