Cantaloupe melon smoothie and fresh cheese


  • 500 gr. Melon (cantaloupe variety)
  • 300 gr. Fresh cheese, (creamy, cheese spread)
  • 50 gr. Muscovado sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • Mint leaves
  • Caramelized almonds

Place the cheese together with the sugar and the juice of half lemon in a Magefesa blender, beat until we get a soft and homogeneous cream. Add the diced melon and one or two mint leaves to taste, grind it until totally squeezed.  Serve it in crystal glasses with powdered almonds all over.
