Banana bread

  • 3 Ripe bananas.
  • 250 gr. Flour.
  • 50 gr. Butter at room temperature.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 100 gr. Brown sugar.
  • 150 ml. Whole milk.
  • 75 gr. Nuts.
  • 1 Pinch of salt.
  • Orange zest.
  • 1 Baking powder.
  • ¼ tbs. Baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 374ºF. Sieve the flour with baking powder; add a pinch of salt, baking soda and keep. Prepare a cream with the help of a Magefesa Mixtura Bowl Blender. Grind two bananas with the butter at room temperature, eggs, sugar and milk. Slice the third banana thinly as well as nuts and we add it to the cream so that we can find small pieces of it in the bread.  Scent with the orange zest or cinnamon, vanilla, or lemon to taste. Add the sieved flour slowly while we mix it with the blender low speed.
Cover a plum cake rectangular bowl with non stick baking paper or spread butter with sprinkled flour. Pour the mix in the bowl and bake to 356ºF. for 40 min. or until bread is cooked. To check it is cooked just to the perfect point, introduce a metallic skewer in the middle of the bread. It must be clean when we take it out, with any liquid dough remaining. Let it cold on wooden racks before we remove it from its mould.
When making sponge cakes or bread we should avoid sudden change in temperature so that the dough does not go down.
