Apple crisp

  • 8 Apples.
  • 100 gr. Dark sugar.
  • 2 Lemons.
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 75 gr. Pecan nuts.
  • 100 gr. Butter.
  • 100 gr. Flour.

Peel and chop apples into thick slices, season with lemon juice and ground cinnamon. Mix butter and sugar up with sugar and flour with the help of a mixing mixer or a liquidizer, knead it until getting a grainy texture and add chopped powdered nuts. Place an apple base in an oven non-stick mould, cover with the mix of flour, sugar, butter and nuts. Bake in pre-heated oven at 392ºF. for 30 minutes or until the cover is brown and crispy. Serve tepid accompanied by vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
