Chop lemon into half moon-shaped pieces. Mix the wine, soda, red vermouth and lemon slices in a big glass jar, stir it slightly and refill the jar with ice. Serve it cold in a wide glass. If we want to avoid watery summer red wine, put the wine and soda previously in the fridge so that they are properly cold when making the drink.
