Instructions

Peel fruit and chop it into very small cubes, concasse like cutting Chop bacon slices into sticks. Place a nut of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil in a Delicia Magefesa frypan. Add bacon and sauté until brown and crispy. Add pineapple and mango and continue sautéing for a few more minutes. Then we add the kiwi, HP sauce and chicken broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer until sauce reduces to the desired texture.
