Proper cleaning and regular maintenance are essential to keep your aluminum XL pressure cooker working efficiently, safely, and for many years. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, making this cooker fast and energy-efficient, but it also requires specific care to preserve its appearance and performance.
After each use, allow the pressure cooker to cool completely before cleaning. Never attempt to wash the cooker while it is still under pressure. Once cooled, remove the lid and wash the pot and lid separately using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.
