Directions:
Process foie and yogurt in a Magefesa blender. Pass through a sieve and season with salt. Ideal to accompany grilled meats or salads that contain foie or nuts.
Green chili pepperyogurt sauce
Directions:
Blend the yogurt and chili peppers in a Magefesa blender. Strain and season with salt and pepper. Add chives and red onion cut into very thin julienne. Great to accompany grilled fish and fish salads.
