How to cook some of the most popular Flavored yogurt sauces
Tarragon yogurt sauce
- 1 bunch of fresh tarragon.

Cucumber yogurt sauce
- 2 Creamy Greek yogurts.
- 1 Small cucumber.
- ⅓ Cup evaporated milk.
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil.
Blend ingredients in a Protech Magefesa blender. Strain and season with salt. Ideal to accompany meats and fish, or to use as a salad dressing.
Foie yogurt sauce
- 4 oz Foie.
- 1 Cup slightly sweetened Greek yogurt.
Process foie and yogurt in a Protech Magefesa blender. Pass through a sieve and season with salt. Ideal to accompany grilled meats or salads that contain foie or nuts.
Green chili pepperyogurt sauce
- ⅛ cup Greek yogurt.
- ½ oz. green chili peppers
- 1 red onion.
- Salt and white pepper.
Blend the yogurt and chili peppers in a Protech Magefesa blender. Strain and season with salt and pepper. Add chives and red onion cut into very thin julienne. Great to accompany grilled fish and fish salads.
