How to cook some of the most popular Flavored yogurt sauces

Tarragon yogurt sauce  

  • 1 bunch of fresh tarragon.    
  • 2 yogurt creamy Greek yogurts.

Directions:

Process ingredients in a blender Protech Magefesa blender. Season with salt.  Used  to accompany cold meats (Roastbeef)

Cucumber yogurt sauce

  • 2 Creamy Greek yogurts.    
  • 1 Small cucumber.    
  • ⅓ Cup evaporated milk.    
  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil.    
  • Salt.

Directions:

Blend  ingredients in a Protech Magefesa blender. Strain and season with salt. Ideal to accompany meats and fish, or to use as a salad dressing.

Foie yogurt sauce

  • 4 oz Foie.
  • 1 Cup slightly sweetened Greek yogurt.    
  • Salt.

Directions:

Process foie and yogurt in a Protech Magefesa blender. Pass through a sieve and season with salt. Ideal to accompany grilled meats or salads that contain foie or nuts.

Green chili pepperyogurt sauce

  • ⅛ cup Greek yogurt.    
  • ½ oz. green chili peppers    
  • 1 red onion.    
  • Chives.    
  • Salt and white pepper.

Directions:

Blend the yogurt and chili peppers in a Protech Magefesa blender. Strain and season with salt and pepper. Add chives and red onion cut into very thin julienne. Great to accompany grilled fish and fish salads.
