  • 24 Large prunes, pitted
  • 12 Slices bacon, halved crosswise
  • â…“ Cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

Halve prunes lengthwise being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff prunes with a small amount of cheese and wrap each of them with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Preheat the broiler to 375º F and broil, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. Place in a serving platter and serve immediately.
Recipe yields 24 bacon rolls.
