In a medium bowl, mix 65 g powdered sugar and butter until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and stir into the mixture until a stiff dough forms. Shape the dough into 2.5 cm balls. Preheat the oven to 175ºC and grease the baking pan. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a plate and roll the balls in the mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool the cookies on a wire rack before serving.
